historic 1895 building in Hartford’s Frog
Hollow neighborhood for use by a
nonprofit housing advocacy organization.
The building comprises 15,000 square feet
on three floors and contains extraordinary
two-story spaces which were re-used as
open office space, an auditorium,
and a research center.
